Modern hotel & spotlessly clean, its location is excellent and absolutely perfect close to the city centre. I loved very efficient and amazingly helpful personnel that ensures guests have a fun stay.

Poor breakfast, it should be better.

I've had a very positive stay for a business trip. It was fairly clean, breakfast was good. The staff were incredible, they made me feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed great location of the hotel, really close to trains/trams and museum...

There was roomservice missing.

This hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with TV, AC, a kettle. It offers excellent service.

The check-in was super easy, and the king room was comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, very convenient. I loved the spacious lounge area and the complimentary tap water, staying hydrated is key! The iPad in the room to control settings was a neat touch.

The King Room offered a very comfortable bed and quality toiletries. Access to freshly prepared dishes was a good bonus. Despite the glass-walled bathrooms being somewhat impersonal, the room's adaptability with iPad controls and blackout curtains enhanced convenience. A tram stop right outside significantly simplified exploration, although some noise from the vibrant area could be heard at times.

The King Room included high-tech features like an iPad to control room settings. The large windows offered excellent noise reduction-perfect for a restful night's sleep despite the busy location nearby.

The TV setup was a bit iffy, sometimes stopping mid-show, but I had my iPad so it wasn't a huge hassle. Daily cleaning wasn't standard, I had to remember to request fresh towels and toiletries. A minor inconvenience. I also found the shower door didn't fully close, leading to a damp floor which requires some caution during showers.

I enjoyed the modern decor and vibrant atmosphere throughout the Citizenm Zuerich with a cute and lively environment. The accessibility features, like easy self-check-in and ample seating areas.

Additional seating in the room would be beneficial.

I loved the tech vibe! The iPad to control everything was super cool 😍. The TV setup was a bit frustrating, took forever to connect to Netflix. Great stay!
